Non refundable deposit is required in order to make an appointment.

To make an appointment a deposit will be required via banks transfer, paypal or cash. Your booking is only complete AFTER this payment.
Deposits are non refundable and they can be moved to a later date only ONCE.
If you require a second reschedule, a new deposit will have to be paid.
All reschedule require at least 72 hours notice, to avoid losing your deposit. This gives me somewhat of a chance to fill the slot, and possibly avoid the loss of income.
Deposit is deducted from the final price.
What is the deposit for?
When you book an appointment, that date will be reserved for you, and others will be unable to access it.
Time and effort goes into your design and admin/consultation.
In the event of a last minute reschedule or cancellation, the deposit acts as a little compensation for the wasted time, lost income, reserved date and working on your design.
